I probably should have posted this as my first post. I guess at the time I was not really sure what to say but after writing a few posts I have a better understanding of what I want this blog to be.

I think there is so much polarization in the country now in that you are either far left or far right. I won’t lie that this site will lean more right than anything but at the same time I don’t want this to be a political talking points where someone just parrots what their political party says.

In addition, what I don’t want this site to be is something that has personal attacks, name calling or resorts to vulgarity. There is too much of this now where people do not discuss/debate topics but resort to just name calling which is just a sign of laziness. How many times have we heard that someone is Hitler or a fascist which actually demeans what these people have done in the past. Vulgarity and name calling, as mentioned in one of my favorite shows is just a sign of a lazy mind.

So I hope you enjoy, maybe learn somethings or at least provide the curiosity to learn more about a subject. Please leave a comment and again do so respectively.
