The Rise of the Violent Left

I am not the biggest fan of Stephen Miller, but his post on X the other day is brilliant:

There is an ideology that has steadily been growing in this country which hates everything that is good, righteous and beautiful and celebrates everything that is warped, twisted and depraved. It is an ideology at war with family and nature. It is envious, malicious and soulless. It is an ideology that looks upon the perfect family with bitter rage while embracing the serial criminal with tender warmth. Its adherent organize constantly to tear down and destroy every mark of grace and beauty while lifting up monstrous and foul. It is an ideology that leads, always, inevitably and willfully, to violence–violence against those who uphold order, who uphold faith, who uphold family, who uphold all that is noble and virtuous in this world. It is an ideology whose one unifying thread is the insatiable thirst for destruction.

You always hear from the left how violent people on the right are but just like almost anything the left says what they accuse you of doing, they are actually doing it themselves. You will continually hear from the left, as they pretend that this is their trump card and will end any argument, the horror of January 6th and the supposed overthrow of the government. I always find this mildly amusing as I don’t think anyone has ever heard of an unarmed insurrection but the left goes on about it. But I don’t want to go on about this as it has been done to death but want to get back to violence perpetrated by the left.

The violence and the thought of violence has risen over the past two decades in my opinion through both social media and academia. With the former, social media makes it easier to promote rhetoric against people they disagree with with a platform that can be broadcasted to thousands if not millions. The whole point of this is to dehumanize the opposition so one does not feel sorry if anything catastrophic happens. For example, an avowed Marxist named Herbert Marcuse, said “violence from the Left and violence (or even resisting, violence with force) from the Right are not the same. Violence from the left is a moral necessity and must be tolerated. Northing from the right should be tolerated.” Furthermore, and it is just not the fringe left, but even “moderate” democrats such as Chris Murphy say we need to do everything necessary to stop the ruining of their vision of democracy.

Then you have academia. Most of this indoctrination comes from our schools, notable in College and University, from radical professors. Most colleges are infiltrated with Marxists from the 90’s and earlier that believe capitalism and the western world are evil and must be overthrown. They protest and silence anyone who speaks at college that has a conservative opinion. Academia, like social media, indoctrinates people by describing anyone to the right of them is a Nazi, fascist, Hitler, etc., thinking that this ends debate. This has happened over the years to Ben Shapiro, Ann Coulter and countless others. When you see conservatives appear at a public event, all you see is them yelling, screaming and trying to disrupt as that is all they can do.

Moreover, it is just not rhetoric as there have been multiple instances of left wing assassinations over the past decade. In Trump’s first term, a Bernie Sander’s support went looking for republican’s to shoot at a baseball practice for the annual Democrat-Republican baseball game. He just wanted to kill republicans and congressman Scalise was very lucky to survive.

Last year, the alleged assassin Luigi Mangione gunned down from behind the head of United Healthcare Brian Thomson. With the ballistics that were collected, inscriptions were on the casing referring to Marxist ideology. The inscriptions were basically saying that this killing was justified as this person was an evil capitalist. To make matters worse, the left has idolized this attack as there is a play made about their “hero” as well as in California where they are trying to name bills after him.

Then of course we have the shooting of Charlie Kirk at a speaking engagement at a University. Charlie Kirk was an influential conservative amongst younger people and was a threat to the University establishment. Kirk’s greatest threat to the academic establishment and the Marxists? He would debate them on their home turf which the left hates: the left/Marxists only like to lecture people not debate their ideas.

Assassination attempts against the right have also happened internationally. A couple of years ago in Brazil, a leftist tried to kill President Bolsonaro by stabbing him in the abdomen and though it did not kill him, he has had complications from this even years later. Now the government of Brazil is slowly killing him (under Communist Luna) by prosecuting him in a kangaroo court by a corrupted judicial panel and convicting him. He is now sentenced to one of the harshest prisons in Brazil.

To think that well, these are just isolated incidents and in know way indicative of the left cause. However, in a recent poll, 48% of democrats believe that an Elon Musk assassination is justified, for Trump 55%. Former Washington Post contributor Taylor Lorenz, penned a fawning tribute to Luigi Mangione. To show the vileness of the left, just go to BlueSky and TikTok and you will see people celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk and saying he is the first of numerous people that need to be silenced.

I would think that most college administrators are secretly relieved with the assassination of Charlie Kirk as they now have an excuse not to invite conservative speakers. Colleges can justify blocking “controversial” speakers as they can say they do not have the ability to provide ample security. Of course college administrators will have no issue inviting controversial Palestinian speakers who proclaim wiping Israel off the map.

It is time for people on the right as well as moderates in the democratic party to start fighting back against this vileness. I am giving the benefit of the doubt that there is at least 50% who need to fight aspects of their own party but are afraid as not to drive these “progressives” away and lose future elections. I am not referring to physical violence but to call out those who spout this evil drivel.

Do not make peace with evil — destroy it.

Rest in Peace, Charlie Kirk.
